ColourPop Flutter By Shadow Palette

A new, “cooler”-toned neutral palette with pinks, mauves, and some deeper plums/browns for contrast. The products performed consistently with past experience using these formulas; they were, generally, pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing with a few of the shades being a little powdery in the pan (but application went fine).

The palette includes one Pressed Glitter (Overpacked) and two Pressed Pigments (Gotta Fly and Ch-Ch-Changes), which all come with the warning “not intended for use in the immediate eye area.”
