Application: exfoliate lips, then apply a thin layer of our everything nicelip balm to prep lips for a perfectly smooth canvas. Blot excess balm away before applying liquid lipstick. Use the edge of our custom applicator to line lips for a precise application. Apply formula in thin, even layers. Start in the middle of your lips and work outward to better in control your application and mitigate any mess-ups. Use a flat, synthetic brush dipped infoundation or a cotton bud with makeup remover to correct any mistakes. Use an oil-based makeup remover to remove easily.
